The Refuge

(Grades 7-12)

Refuge begins at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday night.  Students are challenged each week to follow Jesus and to dive deep in their relationship with Jesus. Our goal is to see students grow in their relationship with Jesus and each other. Students have the opportunity each week to build relationships with others, participate in fun games, take part in dynamic worship, hear relevant and biblically sound teaching, pray and much more.

Join us this Wednesday to grow in your relationship with God and others.

Our vision is to lead young teens to Jesus Christ in hopes that they would come to know Him, love Him and grow in Him. It's our desire to challenge and equip the youth to have a major impact for Jesus.

Our purpose is to help young teens know Jesus more intimately, love Jesus more fervently, and represent Jesus more adequately.

We teach through the Word of God, book by book in order that the youth receive the full counsel of God. We also recognize a need to teach topical at times knowing that this is an age in which these youth are presented with many tough choices and issues like peer pressure, dating, evolution and many other topics that arise in a young teen’s life. With these issues and choices before a junior higher’s path, it’s through the Word of God and the leading of His Spirit that a young teen can find his/her way.
As a group we want to be doers of the Word and not just hearers (James 1:22).
